Recent Florida Gulf Coast vacation rental reviews

There are so many positives about this vacation rental. Location: The house sits in close proximity to the beach and gated access is steps away from the home. The beach closest to the home is Crescent Beach and is combed nightly, couldn’t find a better section in all of our beach walks and exploration. It sits among small rental buildings, all well maintained and never a bother or distraction during our time there. Pool/Outdoor: The pool area is so peaceful with beautiful landscaping and palm trees that blow in the wind all day. The cabanas are a great touch and very useful for a break from the sun. We ate almost every meal under the cabanas! The pool is older, adjust your expectations accordingly. That didn’t stop us from enjoying it and finding it refreshing after mornings on the beach. The pool company cleaned it during the week and landscapers came to blow leaves, etc., it did not deter from our time there, it added to the experience. Kitchen: the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, we like to cook in while on vacation and had everything there to accommodate. There is even a wine and cheese picnic basket! The plastic wine glasses for the pool area were a good addition. There is a Keurig and a drip coffee pot for your preference. Pick up paper towels and laundry detergent if you need more than is provided. Living Area/Bedrooms: The house is well laid out with plenty of space for guests to not feel on top of each other. Loved looking out over the pool area from the master bedroom. The extra bathroom and daybed area was great to have with kids. Plenty of linens and pillows as well. Bathrooms: All but one of the bathrooms have been newly updated and were modern and clean. Shower pressure in the master was top notch! Our family had the best week in Seashell Sanctuary and would rent again in a heartbeat.

Sandy and Jerry are fantastic hosts. Check in process was simple, ample parking. Upon arrival the house was very clean and spacious. Our kids jumped right into the pool as my Husband and I enjoyed the covered patio. Later we caught a few fish out of the canal in the back. We also borrowed the kayaks and explored the neighborhood through the canal. The house is also located within a short drive to many of Florida’s favorite beaches. Will rent again when we are back in the area.
