We loved the decor , how clean it was, the master bath soaking tub and safety of the unit . I absolutely loved the balcony size , comfortable furniture and beautiful view.
Large master bedroom with a spacious en suite, along with a generous second bedroom and nice guest bath. A fully-appointed kitchen with newer appliances.
While there was construction on the property during our stay, well-insulated walls meant that the noise was not too disruptive.
And I cannot say too much about the views. Gorgeous views of the Gulf, and you can see the sunrise while sitting on the balcony - what a great way to start the day!
Being on the top floor (eighteenth) was great. The condo was roomy enough for my wife and I. The bed in the MBR was comfortable; we woke up feeling fine and rested. My wife really enjoyed the tub in the MBA with the windows. I liked the walk-in shower in the MBA. There was an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. A roll of paper towels, a packet of laundry detergent, a pack of dishwasher detergent, and a small bottle of dishwashing detergent when we arrived. Keyless entry is a plus. We had no trouble entering the gate, elevator code, and front door codes. No problem accessing the Wifi either. There are plenty of places to eat close by and there is a Publix a mile or so up the road. It’s nice place, but it will not be on my list of places to return to. While the balcony is large and furnished with quality chairs and a table, there is little privacy. You and see into rooms in neighboring buildings and could talk to neighbors if you wanted to. You will understand why there are blinds on the window by the MBA tub facing east; people can see you from their balconies if the blinds were not there. The MBA tub faucet needs fixing, but I can see there is no access to it, which is probably why it has not been fixed yet. It works, but not as it should. I would like a few more towels, but the washer and dryer make up for it. All of the appliances worked well. The sliding glass doors are hurricane proof so they are somewhat hard to open, but they work. Getting in and out of the parking lot could be tricky during the busy season. The entrance-exit is located right in the curve of the road and is two-lane. However, the speed limit is, I think, 25mph. But, there were times we had to wait for a break in traffic during our stay in November. The instructions about parking passes differed between emails and the Vacasa app. Not a big deal, but annoying. One said passes would be left in the unit, which they where, and the other said to pick them up from the security tent. Again, it is a nice place, but the lack of balcony privacy makes me want to go elsewhere.
