We loved the condos furnishings. It has everything you need. However, there were too many remotes for the TVs, some did not work, and there were no instructions telling us which remotes to use and how. I requested assistance from Vacasa and they said they would send someone our first night there and they never did. We were there for three nights. Very disappointed in lack of customer service.

The Palazzo is one of the best places to stay while in Panama City Beach. It's very well maintained. Our unit was nice and the communication with the host was remarkable. When I had questions they responded almost immediately. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Go fishing at Russell-Fields Pier or just stroll along its 1,500-foot length for amazing panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
