This was my 1st time using Vacasa and will be using them again vs other companies from here on out, for reference we rent 2 to 3 houses a year for 10+ years. 1st time in Destin and this was a great location and neighborhood. Very quite and family friendly. We used the heated pool daily as the gulf was closed a few days due to rip currents. Very walkable location but the gulf cart was very handy and the guys enjoyed cruising around in it. The kitchen was well stocked. You will need to bring extra TP, dish tabs and trash bags but this is pretty standard in most homes. All beach equipment is there so don't worry about bringing chairs, umbrellas ,boogie boards will only need plenty of sunblock and beach towels/blanket. This is the only time we had a house that had recycling which made my day as usually I haul it all home with me. We had a few small issues but all was fixed with a quick text (early check in but couldn't get in with the codes sent to me).Already looking for next spring break for our family, 4 adults 2 older kids 20s 3 teen boys and 1 7 year old.
