Greyber has 25+ years of technology industry experience and more than 15 years of online travel leadership experience, previously serving as President of Egencia, a global business travel platform then-owned by Expedia Group, and on Expedia Group’s senior executive leadership team.

Bruce Schuman brings 30 years of financial leadership experience in the technology sector to his role at Vacasa. Prior to joining Vacasa, Schuman was CFO of Kiavi, one of the nation's largest technology-driven lenders to real estate investors. He grew his career at Intel, where he led some of the company's largest business groups and built a track record of driving growth and improving profitability for more than 25 years. Schuman is responsible for all functions of the Finance organization at Vacasa.

Rebecca Boyden brings legal, governance and compliance expertise to Vacasa having served as Vice President and General Counsel for Cerebras Systems, as well as through her tenure at Broadcom, Inc., where she spent time leading the critical capital markets function and advised its management and board on a wide variety of complex legal and other issues. She oversees Vacasa’s legal department and guides the company’s corporate, securities, compliance, M&A, policy and employment law matters. She is a graduate of the University of Bristol, and the University Pennsylvania Carey School of Law (LLM).

As Chief Product and Technology Officer, Harish Naidu leads Vacasa’s combined Product and Technology departments. Harish is responsible for guiding the company’s technology and product vision, and developing and scaling Vacasa’s purpose-built products to serve vacation rental homeowners and guests. He previously served as CTO of Accolade, and spent more than two decades with Microsoft in diverse roles spanning engineering, product development and technology management.

Bob Milne brings three decades of hospitality experience to Vacasa, with a focus on operational excellence. He built and sold a vacation rental business to Wyndham Worldwide and later served as the company’s North America president. Messing is the current chief marketing & people experience officer of Roblox, and previously served as CMO at Walmart U.S., CMO at Tripadvisor, and held various management positions at Hotwire.com. Karl Peterson joined Vacasa’s board of directors in 2021 and serves on the audit committee and nominating and corporate governance committee. Peterson leads CapitalKP and Peterson Capital Partners, LP, family offices overseeing several public stock investments and numerous private investments. He previously served as a senior partner of TPG, was the founder and managing partner of TPG Pace Group and co-founded Hotwire.com. Peterson serves on the board of directors of Sabre Corporation and Playa Hotels & Resorts and is the Chairman of Accel Entertainment.
