All others must use the overflow parking areas (just past the entry booth on the left) with the required parking pass. Only two additional overflow parking passes can be provided. Parked vehicles may not block access to stairs, pathways, drives, doors, fire lanes, or other cars. Any vehicle not displaying the proper parking pass, parked in another building's lot, blocking access, or is in access of the allowed two vehicles per condo will be towed/stored at the vehicle owner's expense.
