My favorite Airbnb experience ever! ! This estate blew away our expectations and awesome host!!!
This newly constructed, custom home estate is nothing short of remarkable. Nestled on a sprawling 15 acres, the modern design and luxurious furnishings create a breathtaking ambiance. The estate is perfectly equipped with top-notch amenities, including a soothing hot tub and two expansive farmer's porches at both the front and back of the house, ideal for unwinding. Each porch features a cozy fire pit, enhancing the serene atmosphere.
The reality of the property far exceeded the impressive photos presented online. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this might just be the best Airbnb we've ever had the pleasure of staying in. Its proximity to picturesque ponds added to the charm and tranquility of our stay. We also took advantage of the nearby Sunday River area, which offered a refreshing escape to nature.
Adding to our memorable getaway, we indulged in some local attractions including a day spa and a golf resort, both of which were exceptional in their offerings. Moreover, a few of us enjoyed a thrilling evening at the Oxford Casino, engaging in games of blackjack and craps. Overall, this estate provided a perfect blend of relaxation, luxury, and entertainment. An absolute gem and highly recommended for anyone looking to have a top-tier Airbnb experience.

We loved this place! Something for everyone of our Family reunion of 18. Chef’s Kitchen and Large Open Concept Brand New Modern Home to the Hot Tub and the Surround Farmer’s Porches with outdoor kitchen and fire pit!!! My uncle loves to golf club and my aunt loves the day spa!!! We enjoyed boating and fishing swimming in the Bryant Pond short walk away. This Airbnb exceeded all expectations, setting a new standard for excellence. Nestled on 15 lush acres, the modern home is exquisitely furnished, offering top-notch amenities that enhance the stay. The inclusion of a relaxing hot tub and two expansive farmer's porches—front and back—equipped with a cozy fire pit, made our experience truly memorable. The property's beauty and comfort surpass even the impressive online photos.
Strategically located, the home offers easy access to serene ponds and the vibrant Sunday River area, perfect for nature and adventure enthusiasts alike. Additionally, our visit to a nearby day spa and golf resort provided a perfect blend of relaxation and activity. The evening trips to Oxford Casino, where we played blackjack and craps, were the cherry on top of a delightful stay.

This is an outstanding, brand new modern home set on 15 acres, beautifully furnished with great amenities. It features a relaxing hot tub and two spacious farmer's porches on the front and back, complete with a fire pit. The actual experience surpassed the already great photos. This might be the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in! It's close to several beautiful ponds, and we enjoyed nearby Sunday River. We also visited a day spa and golf resort. A few of us had a fantastic time playing blackjack and craps at the Oxford Casino. We will be back soon!!! So memorable!!! ❤️
