You'll be just steps from the sand (two houses back from the beach) and this home also has a peek-a-boo view of the ocean from its patio. It is a great place if you are a surfer. It is an ideal location close to a tremendous number of things to do - both land and water-based. Wine tastings, tours, live entertainment, and cultural venues are just a sample of your choices. At the end of the day, you can enjoy a warm fire and digging your toes into the sand at fire rings, located at Corona del Mar State Beach and near the Balboa Pier. You can also choose aquatic adventures - from sunset cruises to stand-up paddle boarding, to surfing or whale watching. Or if you are a land lover hiking along a 10.5 trail near the beach or having fun at The Balboa Fun Zone might also be an option.

Enter and find yourself in the living area of a great room with access to the patio, a large TV, and lots of comfortable seating from which to enjoy it all in between your various adventures. A dining area is right next to a modern kitchen complete with everything you need for meal making for you and your family or guests. Add the food and you are all set.
