Recent Balboa Peninsula vacation rental reviews

It was a great house with perfect amount of room for the amount of people staying there. Luckily, there were no guests staying upstairs so noise was never an issue. Only issue was the amount of flies was horrible. After talking to neighbors, apparently it’s been a recent issue. However, the trash can out back was completely full upon arrival (a Thursday) and it was swarmed with flies. So that didn’t help. And trash day wasn’t until Monday, so I had contacted Vacasa on Friday to have picked trash up in which I was told they were on their way to do so but they never came. There was also a whole stack of beach chairs that you couldn’t tell if it was trashed from past guests or provided by the house. If it was to use, it wasn’t in the listing prior or else we could have left ours at home. But the downfalls were just minor details and we were able to enjoy our stay and would come back again! Thanks!

We had a great time, perfect location, close to the pier but far enough to have quite evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, air fryer, coffee pot, microwave, dishes and even a first aid kit. We rented a small car with fit in the garage. Chairs and beach towels were available for use. Of course the views were amazing. We would absolutely rent this house again. Thank you for being a great host.
