Things to Know

• Please be aware that there will be construction activity next door during your stay through October 2026. Construction hours are 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We appreciate your understanding, as this is outside of management's and the owner's control.

• Please note that this home does not have air conditioning. Thanks to the coastal location, ocean breezes help keep the home comfortable.

• Streaming services are available using your own accounts.

• A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) applies to all reservations.

• Please note that a washer and dryer are not available at this property.

• While the dock is available for you to enjoy on foot, it is not available for guest boat mooring. During the summer months, the homeowner's friends and family may use the dock on weekends.

• Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. Proof of age may be required.
