When I say on the water, you are steps from the water!!! We saw dolphins 15 yards from the dock, caught bait fish with a casting net & enjoyed watching the immense bird variety, the sunrise and sunset from the porch! Perfect location! Plenty of room for our entire family! Felt safe in the very corner of the neighborhood (best lot) and extremely clean and well kept and stocked!!
