• Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
• The garage is not available for guest use.
• A high chair, two Pack-N-Plays, and one double heavy-duty Jeep umbrella stroller are available for younger guests.
• The boat lift at the home is not for guest use.
• This rental features a reserved boat trailer parking spot.
• The following are not permitted on-site: unreserved boat trailer parking, RVs, weddings, and parties.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
