Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior simply flooded with natural light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and the fabulous decor. Make yourself at home by relaxing on the plush furniture, curling up with a good book, or streaming your favorite movies on the large TV in the living area. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, a formal dining table, and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. There's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures. Kids can host sleepovers in a few spots, including the vibrant loft. Find the epitome of comfort in the main suite, which boasts a fantastic en suite bathroom and a breathtaking view of the water. • Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
• To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
