Northeast Florida vacation rentals with pools

Now imagine a highly anticipated trip to a parents weekend at my sons first year of college, where he enrolled for the summer session and he left the day after graduation (Late June) and my wife and I hadn't seen him since we moved him in. This is our youngest of two....and he is aiming to be a pilot so you can imagine the amount of anxiety we (my wife mainly) have and to compound that with not having a spot when I was the one that suggested a condo rental rather than a hotel because we brought my daughter along as well. What could have been a frustrating and terrible experience with the cancellation of my reservation less than 24 hours before my arrival with no explanation as to why, was made right by Brittany, Nikkie and the team by rebooking a space that was nicer, better suited for my trip, and cost no more than my original booking. Although a little more out of the way, they allowed me to suggest spots from their website, and I ultimately had to do nothing on my end as they changed the reservation and rebooked, and fought for me to management for the upgrade. It turns out that there was a water leak on the original booking, and i tend to believe that as I was impressed by the significant checklist that the cleaners must go through when preparing for new guests. The condo was spotless, the pictures were as advertised, and the follow up was spot on with text messages each and every day and response to questions promptly when i asked. I will use them again for sure. The only thing I wish was different was a phone call instead of an email/text for the original cancellation, as my job keeps my text number very high on a daily basis and my access to email is limited throughout the day. Apparently this was an over site, and since it worked out, and didn't detract from the service i received post cancellation notice, I am sure that this was an honest mistake or maybe my service was not the greatest. Regardless, I appreciate you all. In a world where customer service usually stinks and getting a person on the phone is virtually impossible, Brittany restored my faith (during dinner no less) to help me save face and kept me out of the doghouse...Thanks again! The condo was well equipped, in a great location, and was a perfect size for two. Loved it!

With the ocean just a few quiet steps over the dunes and historic St Augustine just a few minutes via Uber, this was a very relaxing vacation. Unit is clean, well-equipped and felt very safe. Beautiful pool, quiet community.

Process, communication , accommodations were all just fine. We will be coming back. Thank you. There was a water leak at the top right corner of the right living room window that you will want to fix.
