THE SPACE
This is a single-level ranch-style home on a canal lot in the Tidelands on the Intracoastal community, with the waterway as the real centerpiece of the property. A screened lanai runs the full length of the back of the house, furnished with wicker seating and ceiling fans, opening onto a paved pool deck with outdoor dining and a private plunge pool finished with a small tiled waterfall feature.
