We stayed at the Tivoli 3 bedroom house located in the gated community of Briarwood in Naples, Florida and overall we had a fantastic holiday. On arrival we did find a large cockroach in the dishwasher which was unexpected, and the dishwasher itself could do with replacing as it didn’t always clean dishes effectively. The BBQ was also not in a usable condition, however this wasn’t an issue for us as we mainly ate out and used the oven and hob when we stayed in. We also paid for pool heating which took a few days to be sorted, but Mandy from Vacasa was absolutely amazing throughout, she guided us through what to do, kept us updated and even arranged a refund for the days we were without it, which was really appreciated. Aside from these minor issues, the stay was incredible. The house was spacious, comfortable and perfect for a family holiday. Our 12 year old daughter especially loved having her own private pool, and I loved the huge washing machine and tumble dryer which made things so easy. The Vacasa team were excellent throughout, with quick responses and great communication from Greg N, Gordon F and Mandy Rosich, they really helped make our stay smooth and enjoyable. The location was great, Briarwood is a beautiful, well kept community and I even went running around the area, all the homes are stunning and everyone we came across was friendly. We usually stay in hotels when visiting Naples but staying in a villa made this trip feel much more special and social. We come to Naples every year and would 100 percent return to this property. Overall a brilliant stay in a fantastic location.
