This is a 1st floor unit...with an amazing view from the lanai! This time we cooked a bit more, it was great to have the BBQ on the lanai and the kitchen was well equiped. We also used the cooler and the snorkel gear in the closet...the closet is amazing, there was boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc. We can't wait to stay again!

We just returned from an unforgettable 7-night stay in Waikoloa on the Big Island, and this vacation home exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true island retreat—beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and instantly relaxing. The home was spotless and well-appointed, with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and stress-free stay. Waking up each morning to warm breezes and peaceful surroundings set the tone for perfect days in paradise.
The location was ideal—with amazing sunsets, great golf, shops, and the awesome Hali'i Kai restaurant. We loved spending time on the lanai, enjoying sunsets and star-filled skies, and coming back “home” after exploring the island felt like a luxury in itself. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and every detail reflected care and pride of ownership.
This was the kind of place that makes you immediately start planning your return trip. We couldn’t recommend it more highly and would absolutely stay here again.
