Awesome stay! would highly recommend. This property had everything we needed (and then some). Kitchen fully stocked, bathrooms had products available. Beach toys/chairs/umbrella, etc. all waiting for us in the garage. Beautiful home in great location (very close to amenities center/pool and short walk to Foodland Farms) very walkable and was super quiet. Property manager super responsive and very accommodating with the few requests that we did have. This was the nicest property we've stayed at in the Waikoloa/Mauna Lani area so far!

The location and home were nice. The Beach Club Pass was really nice to have. A real plus! We all felt the home needed some general maintenance. Coffee table looked worn and had a gash in the top, Hand rail going down the stairs to front door is broken and could be dangerous if someone grabbed it. Both toilets has running issues, One you have to giggle handle and the master has a tank leak so you hear it filling from time to time. We disliked the fact we couldn’t hang the beach towels on the Lani chairs instead we had to wash and dry every day. A waist of energy in such perfect drying weather. The AC worked but we couldn’t adjust to a lower temp. During the day we would turn off. The carpet going up the stairs needs a good cleaning. It would be nice to have more than 4 dishes, bowls etc. We wanted to have another couple over but did not enough dishes. Thought the large plastic plant in the living room was not needed. We didn’t like all the codes, A key to the front door and a garage door opener would be nice. Overall the house is nice, we just felt it needed some upkeep. The beds were very comfortable and they provided lots of towels. Having Boogie boards Beach chairs, a cooler was a very nice extra touch. Bikes would have also been nice. There is some snorkels and fins but finding a good pair was difficult. We are early risers enjoying walks around 5 and this bothered the person below us and she complained. She came to our door and said she was trying to sleep and we apologized and told her we didn’t know someone was below us and we would try to be as quiet as possible . She still turned us in and we came home to a notice on our door. We tried to be quiet every morning with no TV or music just low conversation. Hearing this complaint via text would have been nicer than coming home after a full day at the beach to have a notice on our door. Very Tacky I thought. Also, having a pool with so many noise restrictions is crazy when you have small children. How do you put kids in a pool and tell them to be quiet. Over all, the location, the home and having the beach club access and beach items was nice.
