Love that the unit was the top floor and had a great view of the ocean and sunset, and was not in the hustle and bustle of the city

素晴らしい立地と綺麗に清掃された部屋で過ごすことができました。 朝も鳥の鳴き声で気持ち良い目覚めでした。

It’s a beautiful property right on the ocean. We watched the beautiful sunsets every night and even saw a turtle outside our room. We stayed in June and the fans kept the place cool along with the ocean breeze. The back room does get a little warm. Overall the condo has been updated but it differs from the pictures. Little more wear and tear around the trim, walls and doors. The location is great and right next to a farmers market. Having the grills on-site was great for dinners. We wish there was a better sandy beach area since it’s all rocky but that’s just the big island for you.

Why vacation in Kona?

Kona is a place where tradition meets beach days. You’ll find historic heiau (temples), royal heritage sites, and scenic drives surrounded by lava fields, all just minutes from world-class snorkeling, fishing, and beachcombing. This side of the island stays dry and sunny year-round, making it the go-to destination for outdoor activities like kayaking, hiking, and sunset cruising. It’s also the heart of the island’s famous coffee belt, with scenic farms offering tours and tastings along the slopes of Hualālai volcano. While Kailua-Kona offers the hustle and harbor, the greater Kona District stretches out into peaceful coastal communities, upland rainforests, and oceanfront adventures.

Many rentals feature lanais with sunset views, outdoor showers, and access to both coastline and volcanically rich uplands, all within driving distance of shopping, farmers markets, beaches, and cultural sites.
