Our family truly loved our stay at your VRBO villa at The Shores; thank-you for hosting us. The unit had pretty much everything as advertised and we hoped for: beautiful views of sunsets, fish ponds, and pool area, a well stocked kitchen, modern bathroom amenities, comfy beds, and providing paper products and dish/laundry cleaners was a nice surprise. The only thing we missed was a cooler-bag for the beach, so we bought one and left it for future guests. Having a BBQ right on the balcony was the only thing we missed, but we knew ahead this was not provided and the community BBQs were excellent quality and only a few minutes walk. This was our second stay in The Shores community, our first with Vacasa, and we look forward to a 3rd visit hopefully soon. Aloha, Michael S.

We had the best time staying at the Shores at Waikoloa. The spacious Lanai was great for our active toddler. The big bath tubs were also a hit! The rooms were easy to toddler proof and we’re nice and cool. The pool was nice and quiet and had umbrellas, bbq’s and even spots to fill up water. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was functional. And the ice maker filled up quick! They had chairs, boogie boards, and other fun toys for the beach! It was a great stay!

Great communication with Vacasa. Unit was clean, well appointed with a welcome basket for our 3-night stay. The unit was private when needed, but very well-lit with a fun ocean motif. Loved eating breakfast on the lanai enjoying the birds and flowers.
