This is the ground floor unit of an old Key West house that has been broken up into three vacation-rental units. It's nicely refurbished with two bedrooms, two full baths with large walk in showers, and a combined kitchen and small common area. There's a nice refrigerator and freezer, a two burner stove-top and microwave, but no oven. (Not an issue for us.) Storage in the bedrooms is limited but we did not find this to be an issue for a three night stay. There's also a sofa bed in the common area. Gardenia is a good option for three or four people traveling together and looking to avoid the major hotels. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and convenient to the sites in Old Town.
Check-in procedures were clear and easy. Having off-street parking is a boon and being a couple of blocks off of Duval kept it a bit quieter at night. We'd definitely consider staying here again when we're in Key West for a few days.

This was our 2nd time staying at Key Lime Calypso and will book it again the next time around. The off street parking is great. The house is located 1/2 block off of Duval St. The location is great and the Red Shoe Bistro next door is amazing. We ate there, 3 days out of 7. The house has everything we needed. The nearby New Orleans House Hotel plays music usually from 11am-4am. It's not so loud that you can't enjoy the house's outside private pool courtyard. The pool is also heated, so that was great for our January visit. Our only suggestion is the living room furniture isn't very comfortable. But you're in Key West, get outside and explore! Love the house, highly recommend.
