This home is located on the Spokane River between the cities of Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene. You'll be able to directly access Lake Coeur d'Alene by boat, with other fantastic attractions - Silverwood Theme Park, the ski slopes of Silver Mountain Resort - within an easy drive.

The entryway of this of this two-level home leads you into the main-floor living space, where two walls of windows let in the sunlight and views of the river. Pass through the kitchen to find stainless steel appliances (including a French-door refrigerator, a gas range, a dishwasher, and Keurig and drip coffee makers), a peninsula breakfast bar of beautiful stone, and an adjacent dining table that sits in the light of the windows. This space flows into a living room with plush seating, a gas fireplace, and a streaming-capable flatscreen TV mounted to the floor-to-ceiling hearth.

But you'll likely pass most summer days outdoors, setting sail from the expansive dock out back, grilling and dining with a view of the river on the deck, and gathering around the firepit for stories at day's end.
