No—you can make a partial payment if you book at least 45 days before your trip. If the cost of your reservation is between $2,000 and $9,999, 50% is due at the time of booking. If the cost of your reservation is over $10,000, 25% is due at the time of booking.
If you make a partial payment, the remainder must be paid 30 days before the start of your trip.
With a snowbird or monthly reservation, you may receive reductions in some fees, such as the pet fee, hot tub fee, parking fee, or damage waiver.
Our cancellation policy is also more flexible for long-term reservations:
A snowbird is someone who spends the winter in a warm climate. We use the term “snowbird rentals” to designate homes that allow longer stays (over 28 nights).
Florida, Alabama, Texas, North Carolina, and South Carolina are the most common snowbird destinations.
This can vary by location, but snowbird season in the southern U.S. is typically the winter months, December through March. Other markets host longer stays in the summer months—for instance, North Carolina is a fantastic place to find a lake home for the summer.
