House

This is a lovely, large comfortable house. Our family of 7 came for UW graduation. On the app I asked for sheets for the couch and was told no. I asked repeatedly bc it sounded like I was talking to an AI chatbot. “Could you please kindly provide me with extra sheets and a pillow?” Response was no, no then you are only supposed to have 8 guests. List all the names of your guests. I did this. Then was told to bring my own sheets. Finally I got an EMAIL where a guy named Zach apologized for all this and said they would be provided. On our way to the airport to Seattle I got a message from VRBO saying sheets could not be provided, bring your own sheets, you are only supposed to have 8 guests, list all the names of your guests. All over again. We got to the VRBO and both propane tanks to the gas grill were empty. The coffee maker (see photo) made a cup and a half of coffee (for such a big house sleeping 8 people?) we found a coffee maker in the closet in the kitchen and it was broken. One of our guests is an engineer and fixed it. The pots and pan situation is not good (see photos) . There was laundry in the dryer when we arrived which we folded. The kitchen drawers are all empty with the exception of 1 tupperware with no lid. Another drawer had a random lid. Despite these issues we had a great time and had a family dinner and enjoyed the backyard. All of these things can be fixed. Don’t try to communicate with VACASA via the app or texting or email. You have to call and speak to a live person. Once we did this they were very responsive. I recommend the owners of this house come and check out the kitchen situation and invest in stocking up on some decent basics
