This is our second time in three years staying in this unit. Overall it’s a great unit with excellent views. Although great, it’s starting to show its age as most are in the complex. Sugar Beach is a great location, family friendly, excellent views and a walkable beach. Plenty to see and do. Always enjoy the stay and look forward to our next trip.

The location of this rental was excellent. It’s in a very central location on the island so we could easily access all the sites. It was also close to a lot of great restaurants and beaches. The beach in front of the property was quiet and never crowded and the part of town it’s located is also relatively quiet compared to some other areas. Parking was right next to the unit which was nice. This condo/building is older but this unit was very clean. I didn’t see any bugs in the unit and I was extremely grateful for that. We didn’t cook while we were there but the kitchen has everything you could need. There were extras like ziplock bags and scissors and stuff like that that was helpful too. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash and there was laundry and dish soap included. There was also a storage container on the porch with chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles and some other stuff and 4 beach towels in the unit. We used this stuff every day and it was so helpful. The king bed is on the soft side. I like a soft mattress but my husband’s back was hurting by the end of the week. Our 12 year old slept on the sofa bed. Like most sofa beds, it was fine for a kid but I think an adult would not be very comfortable on it. All in all, we had a great stay and would rent this unit again.
