The living room furniture was comfy, the beds were comfy, and the unit was nice and clean. I love the bedroom furniture and the lights on the bathroom vanity. That view was amazing and I enjoyed getting to use the grill. I can see this owner takes pride in their unit.

Being probably our 10th time staying in the Sterling Breeze complex we thought we would try something new and opted for the top floor due to good reviews. Having stayed on many lower floors we thought the 23rd may be a bit high, however after a week being here, we absolutely enjoyed the high vantage point! Two new, fairly high speed elevators get you there quickly! This is a great condo dead center on the top floor and it’s in very good condition! Loved the two masters with en suites in both, plus a 3rd bath for the bunk room. Great TVs in all rooms and the absolute best view of fireworks in town. IMO, the Sterling Breeze is the best place to stay in PCB due to it proximity to Pier Park and its wonderful heated pool and hot tub. You can walk to just about anything you may desire, including Dusty’s oyster bar which is a fantastic local mainstay, tons of shopping in Pier Park and happy hours galore! We’ve been on many tropical trips and have never seen a better beach than PCB, so if you’re on the fence, head down here, it’s truly amazing! Oh, one more thing, among the many attractions be sure to try Saltwater Grill for fine dining and Thomas Donuts for the best breakfast sandwiches and donuts imaginable!!
