The location is ideal - just a walk down the steps to get into the town. Close to the town lift. The view is beautiful, the fireplace made it cozy. We loved staying here.

We had a great experience staying at the Vacasa property. The day we arrived was a holiday. Our skis got locked in the closet (we think the lock battery was low) but the vacasa support team was able to get someone on-site to manually unlock the closet that day, even though it was a holiday. We really appreciated that so we wouldn't miss the next morning on the slopes! I'd consider this property "ski in" but you do have to carry your skis to the lift. It is right at the base of First Time/ski school. If you ski to Pig Pen Saloon you can enter this building on level 1 near the elevators. The condo was clean and stocked with essentials. I especially appreciated the premium coffee that was left for us!

Upon our arrival at the condo we found the cleaning staff still in the unit. They let us know that the prior people had vacated late so they were behind in the cleaning. They also had the parkin gpass in their vehicle so we had to wait on that before we could properly park our car. Upon entry in to the upstairs rooms we found kleenex and trash on the floor and under the beds. When I texted the Vacasa staff to let them know about the late entry and trash and inquire about a reimbursement for the late check in or a late check out as compensation, I was run around in circles for 3 days with the same boxed replies. I was asked for my number and told the local staff would reach out to me - they never did. At the end of our stay I did receive the email notifying me that late check out was available and I was not charged for it, however I did not need the late check out at that point and I never had my call returned. I spent a lot of my valuable vacation time replying to the same questions via text or on hold on the phone only to get the same replies which provided no assistance. It was a very frustrating ordeal without any resolution. I will not work with Vacasa again.

This silver mine-turned-ghost town-turned-ski resort keeps with its colorful past by maintaining several old buildings, resurrected after the devastating fire of 1898. Lovers of Western history will enjoy three-hour historic bike tours in the summertime, and a guided ski tour in the winter; even from town, if you look hard enough, you can see old mining structures still standing on the hillside. Our Old Town Park City vacation rentals are located within walking distance of everything: you'll never be bored, and you'll never run out of things to see. With over 200 businesses (approximately half of which are independently owned) you won't enter the same shop twice - unless, of course, something catches your eye. Check out Dolly's Bookshop for a new (or old) favorite title, or hit the Expanding Art for a piece of unique jewelry; check out the Cake Boutique for the hippest of mountain fashion, or run to the Main Street Deli for essentials like Tylenol or toothpaste. Need to grab something to eat? Park City is said to have more restaurants per capita than any other city: from the exotic (try Yuki Yama for traditional Japanese) to the homey (try Wasatch Brew Pub), Old Town offers fantastic food from locally-owned restaurants. Need to be entertained? Try out the Egyptian Theatre for live entertainment like plays and dance performances, or hit up Park City Live for live music and dancing! Whether you're visiting Park City for the famous Sundance Film Festival, hitting the slopes for some seriously amazing powder, or just treating yourself to a mountain getaway, our Old Town Park City vacation rentals are there to keep you warm, refreshed, and ready for whatever adventure lies ahead.
