Recent Northern Michigan vacation rental reviews

We were visiting friends in Traverse City on vacation in February and Lakeview Loft was a comfortable lake vibe design, centrally located condo, to do many TC activities. It’s right downtown- walkable to stores, kids loved Rocket Fizz candy store and Petoskey Pretzel. Us adults loved restaurants like Amical and Red Ginger for great dinners. North Peak Brewery was right next door for local beers. Condo also across street from Burritt’s, a great butchery and market. We grabbed some steaks and wine (they have in store sommelier and fabulous wine section) cooked dinner in the condo after skiing. Kitchen in condo is fully stocked with every utensil, pan and serving dishes, even spices and oils. Kids loved the bunk beds and pull out sofa bed to stay up and watch late night movies on the tv. So centrally located -we were skiing with our friends at two TC ski locations in less than 10 minutes- Hickory Hills and Holiday Hills. Also visited Old Mission Peninsula wineries less than 10 minute drive. So much to do for kids and adults. Parking was easy -the garage fit our sedan and the extra parking spot in the lot right next door was for our SUV. The private rooftop deck had beautiful view of the West Bay a block away. Totally recommend Lakeview Loft for a TC visit and we’re already planning a trip to come back and enjoy a visit with our friends in the summer. -Mark W and fam
