The space is close to the beach, beautifully organized, very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Unfortunately my biggest challenge was with the smells. The bathroom smells like mildew because of the lack of ventilation and the downstairs neighbor has cats and smokes cigars so the odors are intense. I wouldn't suggest this space to people with allergies or people like myself who are sensitive to smells.
