Recent Duck vacation rental reviews

The room was clean and quiet which was what we appreciated. The view of the ocean was great.

I loved the decor - it was beachy but not kitschy. The floor appears to be new - very easy to keep clean (also easier to leave shoes outside). The view was great. The beach was great. Lots of dolphins were out playing- several jumped right out of the water. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet, which I wanted (likely very loud in summer). This place is about the view and it does not disappoint. There is also TV, internet and board games. There is a great coffee place and shops as well as a boardwalk within a .3 mile stroll.

The house was clean when we arrived and fit our family perfectly for the holidays! You also can’t beat the location with a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a short walk away too!

Explore our Duck, NC, vacation rentals

Duck vacation rentals are located along North Carolina’s famous string of barrier islands, The Outer Banks. The small town is sandwiched between the coastal villages Kitty Hawk and Corolla, resting alongside the Currituck Sound and the Atlantic Ocean. While the Outer Banks is a popular vacation destination, Duck serves as a quieter in-between that’s kept its character, known for its beautiful beaches, waterfront access, and family-friendly activities.

During your stay, enjoy a leisurely stroll along the Duck Town Park Boardwalk to watch boats launch, find souvenirs, or dig into fresh seafood by the water. Dive into the waves for more fun, with boat rentals for kayaking, canoeing, jet skiing, or fishing. For something new, try your hand at crabbing and savor a fresh catch at Ghost Crab Quest.
