We loved the location of this home, both the easy access to anywhere we wanted to go in the area and the beautiful creek it is on! The fire pit and outdoor spaces were a lovely way to spend our evenings. The home is updated with gorgeous features, and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We didn't bring our dogs with us, but the home is very dog friendly, and something we will keep in mind for future bookings. One downside that we hope is addressed for future renters is that the hot tub had not been cleaned (debris, hair, clogged filter, brown water), and we were unable to use it, which was disappointing as it was an important reason we booked this home. Check in and check out were easy, and overall, we had a very lovely stay!

We had a great stay at this cabin. It’s beautiful, and if you love nature, this is the perfect place. It really lets you disconnect and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Getting there can be a little challenging, but it’s all part of the adventure. The cabin is clean and well equipped. There isn’t air conditioning in the summer, but there are fans, and they help. Overall, everything was great. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back.

Let me start off by saying we loved this quaint little cabin for a weekend getaway for our family. However trying to find the house at night was very frustrating. The way Apple Maps tries to take you is across the mountain through someone’s gated private property. Trust me when I say this, The easiest way to get there is via Church rd where you will turn next to Winkler knives and follow the road around to the road the house is on. There are lots of no trespassing/private drive signs along the way which is very confusing but don’t be deterred by them. Four-wheel drive would make your drive up the driveway easier. It’s not terrible but we definitely had to get a little running start in our front wheel drive pilot. The cabin has zero window coverings which we thought was kinda odd but the we loved the natural light. There is only one gas space heater centrally located in the house and electric space heaters in each room. It does have gas logs but they did not work, which was completely fine for us because our stay was in April and it was not super cold. The cabin does not have ac again no issue for us, this is also clearly stated on the ad. The only real issue we had was low water pressure in the bathroom off master and the tub in the bathroom off living room was slow to drain. Like I said we enjoyed this rustic cabin and the simplicity of it. It was great to disconnect and bask in the sunlight and fresh mountain air. We would absolutely rent this cabin again!
