Great location. Right by lift 1 which was very convenient for skiing in/out. Had a great view of slopes for watching the action. Location and views are why we rated 4 stars. House was older but clean. Could definitely use some updating. Some furniture was new but some was old and very worn out. A tv was broken and back of couch was in process of breaking. Appliances also need updating. Would be nice to have Instructions on how the heating system worked because it was very confusing to figure out since not a central system. Sauna and hot tub were great! Company came and serviced hot tub while we were there and said they check it every few days to make sure it stays clean.

My wife and twins girl and I enjoyed ourselves. Perfect location if you’re going to be skiing or snowboarding at Beech mountain resort. We’ll definitely be back next year!!!
