The little house was clean. The shower was very good. The loft is difficult to get in and out of bed probably no way around that the way the house is built. The little couch on the first floor is comfortable. My suggestion would be to make it a pull out. The second loft looks very dangerous.

The Ruebling House Townview 2nd floor space was a very nice 2 bedroom space. The master suite was very spacious with attached modern bathroom with built-in shower. The guest bedroom was minimalist with small closet. Open kitchen, dining, living space was spacious. Guest bath was good size with a tub/shower with a 2 sided curtain. and a small vanity. Steps to 2nd floor was a single run, pretty steep.
Conveniently across the street from Circle 6 Market & Watering Hole & a 3 minute walk to the new Saddles Social House. The Wentel’s Roadhouse next door was closed. 5 minute drive from Sugar Creek Winery, Defiance Ridge Vineyard & Chandler Hill Veneyards.

The location was great. We enjoyed the tiny house. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside by the fire. There was three of us and that is about all I would put in there. It is in a RV park. The park was very clean and the bath house was also very clean.
