Great location with an awesome coffee shop - 81301 Coffee ; restaurants , groceries and trails all a short walk away! The house was perfect. Very nice kitchen; nice cozy back yard patio nicely decorated and very clean. We will stay here again for sure on our next trip to Durango!!

My husband and I enjoyed a week visit. The staff at restaurants and health club were very friendly. The Condo had everything to cook a meal and store leftovers. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in balcony watching the magpies and the golfers who were all friendly. The only con was the 19 steps to get to the unit, probably not an issue for most but being a retiree it was a bit harder.

This is a great space; quiet, convenient location, well stocked, had everything we needed. Top points for all the nice outdoor deck spaces and chairs, we used them all depending on the time of day. Loved to see the trains go by and people waving, big fun for my boys. Made for a peaceful getaway. Only negative was the air conditioning really only cools the lower level, just part of a open concept the upstairs was always a bit warmer in the July heat but the Dyson fans provided were sufficient to make it comfortable for sleep. Would stay again especially in the cooler months. Thank you!
