This place was an absolute gem and the perfect home base for our Maine getaway! We loved that we could bring our dog along, which made the trip even more special. The location was incredible, with a beautiful lake right across the street, Mt. Battie nearby, and Acadia National Park only about an hour and a half away. One of our favorite parts was the patio, where we could enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the peaceful lake views. It was such a relaxing way to start the day before heading out to hike and explore. The house itself was cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, so we never felt like anything was missing. Another huge plus was how close the house was to downtown Camden! It was just a short drive to the cutest coastal town, filled with charming boutiques, unique little shops, and plenty of great restaurants to explore. It was so nice to spend the day hiking and enjoying nature, then head into town for a delicious meal and a little shopping before returning to the peaceful lake views. The location truly gives you the best of both worlds: a quiet mountain getaway with easy access to all the charm and activities Camden has to offer. Whether you're visiting for fall foliage, hiking, exploring Acadia, or simply looking for a peaceful escape in nature, this place checks all the boxes. The combination of the location, lake views, dog-friendly accommodations, and all the comforts of home made our stay wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable Maine getaway!

White Birch Cabin 93 at Point Lookout was such a great cabin and the perfect location for a stay in the midcoast area. We were able to travel north to Belfast and south down to Thomaston, all while exploring Lincolnville, Camden, Rockport and Rockland along the way. The cabin itself was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. It had every amenity we needed for a weeklong stay. In fact it was so great, we even extended our stay for an extra day. When we contacted the staff at Tides to Pines to inquire about the extended stay they were very helpful. A highly recommended experience.

Vintage cape in great location between Mount Desert Island and Schoodic Peninsula. Home was situated on country road just off Route 1. Although it was built in 1820 and has a late 80's country vibe it was immaculate, well maintained, well stocked and comfortable. Has a huge picture window to back field where a deer foraged several times. Really loved this place and would highly recommend it.
