Recent Penobscot Bay vacation rental reviews

Cappy's Retreat was just the place we needed! It was clean and had what we needed for our stay. We appreciated having a washer/dryer, and while we never cooked any meals, there were plenty of the dishes (coffee cups, bowls, utensils, etc.) we needed during our stay.

The Hillhouse was perfect for our family while visiting the quaint towns on the Maine coast. Location was quite, nestled off main road with trees all around and large enough for our group of 8. Well stocked and very comfortable. Easy drive to Camden, Bar Harbor, Rockland, Rockport and many more towns.

After lots of searching we stumbled upon Rising Tides Cottage and are so glad we chose this spot! Driving up to the home the area was very private and set back from the road, felt like our own private world. We walked in and were in awe of how clean the space was. The home itself had everything we needed, bed was comfortable and kitchen had the essential cooking equipment. The view was wonderful and loved spending time on the water, and watching the tides roll in and out. It was close enough to town so we were able to get everything we needed. Overall it was a perfect spot for a couple to getaway. We will definitely be returning!
