Condo

The perfect place for a Maui get away. All condos in the Mana Kai facility have a similar layout with an ocean/beach front lanai. There is a nice grassy area with (shareable) gas grills and pool along side the soft sand beach to meet the needs of all. The ground floor offers a small market, an equipment rental shop and a tours booth. They are also currently refurbishing a restaurant. I also discovered a small yoga shop on the beach side of the building. This specific unit is modern and clean. The condo is "two in one". Each has it's own locking entry door, king bed, and full bath. It had more amenities than those on the listing. From a full kitchen (it even had chip clips!), plenty of bath and pool towels, to beach/pool gear, it has what you need. There is wifi and cable as well. The Vacasa team offered great communication and responsive to all questions. Looking forward to our return visit. Mahalo!

Condo

Great location, 5 minute walk to the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay (Former- Princeville Hotel), Hideaway Beach, and Queen's Bath - even though access has been closed to Queen's Bath for a while. The condo was nice, the master room, bathroom and shower were perfectly fine for a vacation, the living room was spacious, even though i would suggest a more comfortable couch/sofa - the kitchen was great, fully equipped with everything you might need. The loft upstairs is a nice extra space if you travel with 4 people, also the bathroom in the loft was perfectly fine, just a bit smaller than the master bathroom, however, the fan/exhaust up in the loft was very loud during the day when the sun was out, and it can not be turned off, unfortunately. We spoke to Ken- the maintenance/handyman about the loft exhaust fan -great guy, very friendly and willing to help, but the only way to stop the exhaust fan is by removing it, hopefully they will, because it could make the place much nicer. Overall, nice place, nice location, nice grounds, quiet community, small pool, but still nice, with a jacuzzi, and a great spot to watch the sunset just a short walk away (1 minute).

Condo

Our stay was incredible. The condo was clean, well appointed with everything you need to cook a full meal, plenty of extra bath towels, snorkeling gear, comfortable beach chairs, washer and dryer cake in handy after some muddy hikes. The compound was peaceful aside from some construction taking place in other u note (but didn’t really bother us). We enjoyed the ocean view each morning from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Yes, pool maintenance is included during your stay. We ensure that pools and hot tubs are regularly cleaned and maintained to provide an optimal experience. If you encounter any issues with the pool during your stay, contact our Guest Experience team immediately.

Many of our properties include lounge chairs, umbrellas, or shaded areas by the pool, but this can vary. Check the property details and listing photos for specific details.

Generally, food and drinks are allowed by—but not in—the pool. However, to be safe, it’s best not to use glass or china in the pool area.

Pool toys, floaties, or inflatables are typically not provided. You may want to bring your own, if needed.

We have a good neighbor policy that includes quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. In addition, certain communities have noise policies in place. Unauthorized parties are not allowed, and excessive noise can lead to intervention and removal from a property.
