The ONLY reason I did not give this home 5 stars is for minor things. We stayed here with our elderly parents for one night to attend a golf tournament. We had trouble entering the property because the only code sent to us was to get into the condo, not to get into the gate at the property. We called VACASA who told us to go to the building next to the gate and they would let us in, which they did. The location is awesome! The property is located right on the beach. There's a Winn Dixie for shopping literally across the street that you can walk to. There are restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The outlets are a 2 minute drive. There are several golf courses a few minute drive away. We didn't use the amenities like the pool, hot tub, etc. because we were only there 1 night. We pretty much just sat on the balcony all nigh enjoying the view. My parents said the king bed was comfy. My husband and I slept on the bunk beds which were good, but with a back back a bit uncomfortable. Yes, as previous reviews said the decor is a bit outdated and there are some broken fixtures in there and the flooring looks like it was just done (looks like self help), but who cares??? We aren't living there! For the price this place is amazing!!!! Some tips...I did notice in one of the pics there is a regular coffee machine in there. So, I contacted the property before hand and, yes, no keurig. They also don't provide coffee. So, we brought our own keurig and coffee. The kitchen has basic cooking utensils if you plan to cook they should be adequate. There is shampoo and soap on the wall of the shower. And, we didn't notice until the morning we were leaving, but they provide beach stuff in the closet by the front door like boogie boards, a couple beach chairs, etc. My father in law has to watch his TV, there were plenty of apps on the TV to log into to watch what you want....we added YouTube TV to the apps, just make sure you log out before you leave. In short, if you are looking for luxury, this isn't it. However, if you are looking for a comfortable stay with the best location and view you can find...this is your gem!!!
