The house was clean and had all the towels and linens we needed. I was surprised to find out during my searching how many Cape rentals don't include bed linens so that was a big plus. There is a nice deck and sunroom and the pond is very lovely. The outside shower is very helpful for dealing with beach sand. The air conditioning units worked well and kept us all comfortable at night. The location is convenient for beach access and downtown areas. I would definitely stay here again.

As soon as I walked in I felt vacation. Super cute cottage & was roomier than I expected based on pictures. Very clean, very beachy vibe. The fully enclosed deck definitely extended the living space & had seating for 6 with plenty of room to spare. Being enclosed it was perfect for my dog, she could be outside worry free. Just note, a small dog probably could get through the slats, but for my dog it was awesome. Very comfortable beds, couch, & deck furniture. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make meals at home. Big fridge, microwave, toaster oven, 4 burner stove, Keurig coffee maker. All 3 bedrooms had plenty of storage and best feature, a wall mounted oscillating fan. Bathroom seemed newly renovated & clean! It had a crank window above the shower providing nice ventilation. There was an outdoor shower and grill, but I didn’t use either. The cottage is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, beach chairs provided, beach towels too. One morning when walking the dog I could hear the waves. The people in the neighborhood were super nice and welcoming. Many restaurants & places to visit close by too. The Sailing Cow Cafe was within walking distance and Sundae School ice cream a 10 minute bike ride or 20 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again and wish I had stayed longer. Hope I can go back. New to rental market so I’m afraid when word gets out, availability will be hard to come by.
