The home is open, bright and the kitchen appears to be new remodels and is well-stocked. Bathrooms are great. The downstairs bathroom has a tub if you have children. The are stairs in the home and stairs that take you to the private outdoor area, something to keep that in mind. We were able to fit our mid-sized SUV in the garage without issue. The street is well lit with plenty of parking, at least during the time we were there. The beds were comfortable, linens clean and we really enjoyed falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean. We brought in groceries and didn’t need to leave. If you are a book lover, you have found your place! There are 3 bookcases of recent novels and even a little corner for children. But the main event is the outdoors. The private area has a grill, table and chairs and a great fire pit which we put to use nightly. There are even sand toys for the children. If you want to access the public beach below, it’s a short stroll up the street that takes you to a set of public stairs. We surfed, fished, swam, walked and enjoyed the stunning sunsets. We spent most of our waking moments on the balconies or the private beach area. The neighborhood is quiet and we met the very nice next door neighbors as well.
Vacasa staff was polite and quick to respond to any of our questions and the property manager, Gregory, was awesome!
We had a fantastic time and consider ourselves very blessed to be able to enjoy this home.
