Two kayaks (life jackets included) are available for guest use, and ample parking makes it easy to bring your own boat or rent one nearby - your home offers easy access to Lake Fork Marina and many boat rentals in the area.

Spend fun-filled days fishing, kayaking, and exploring the reservoir. Then continue the fun outdoors in the sprawling yard. A wood-burning firepit invites cozy conversations under the stars.

Inside your retreat, an inviting open floor plan creates plenty of space to spread out or spend time together. Unwind in the welcoming living area, or retreat to one of the well-appointed bedrooms to recharge.

The sleek modern kitchen features granite countertops, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and a coffee and tea bar - a nice added touch to fuel up for a full day on the lake.

House Rules

-Cable is available for guest use.
-The boat shed is not available for guest use.
-This lake is not suitable for swimming or water skiing.
-The private boat dock is available for guest use when the water levels are high enough (with a depth of 2 to 4 feet).
-The boat dock can fit any fishing boat that can be docked in a 9-foot wide covered bay. Larger and wider boats can be docked on the ramp but will not be covered.
-Public lake access is less than 2 miles from the house when the water levels are too low to use the private dock.
