Treat yourself and your family to a much-deserved escapade at this luxury, three-story townhouse overlooking the 9th hole tee box! Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Downtown Port Aransas is three miles away offering endless restaurants and dining options, supermarkets, convenience stores, and fantastic attractions. Some include Port Aransas Beach, Holiday Beach, I. B. Magee Beach Park, Red Dragon Pirate Cruises, Chute 'Em Up Parasailing/ Port A Parasail, and Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center.

This splendid retreat is perfect for groups and families that want the convenience of a condo, but also want their own entrance. As you enter this airy home away from home, you will encounter a beautiful, coastal-themed small lobby that will lead you to a laundry area with a washer/dryer and one of the primary bedrooms, which enjoys its own TV and en suite bathroom. Climb up the stairs to reach the main living space, located on the second floor.

This space boasts an open floor plan with a gorgeous coastal interior design, perfect for relaxing and creating everlasting memories with your loved ones. The well-appointed open kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with seating. It has all the essentials to whip up memorable culinary masterpieces for your group! Then, when mealtime is over, gather in the inviting living area, offering a large TV and a cozy sectional. This area opens up to a gorgeous balcony overlooking the golf course. A second primary suite can be found on this level as well, offering a TV and an en suite bathroom.

And last, but definitely not least, the upper level hosts three additional bedrooms plus a bunk room for kids. Two of these bedrooms enjoy en suite bathrooms and TVs, while the bunk room features a small desk and is perfect for the kiddos. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
