• Guests are not to enter the attic or open the locked shed. It's for owners' access only.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: Two active security cameras are on-site: one above the garage facing the driveway and another in the backyard facing the lagoon to monitor potential flooding.
