The second level consists of the kitchen, dining area, living room, the fourth bedroom, and the third bathroom. There are also two more decks on this level. Live like a local and cook your meals in this gorgeous kitchen. Fully equipped with all white appliances, an ornate tiled backsplash behind the sink, and counter space provided by the bar area, whipping up your favorite dishes will be a breeze.

The living area features a lighthearted nautical theme with colorful artwork and knickknacks sprinkled throughout the space. With a couch and two chairs, there is plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable after a long day on the beach or out on the boat. There are sliding glass doors in between the living room and dining area to allow deck access. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, with room to seat up to eight people at the table, and an additional three at the bar.
