From the high ceilings and spacious interior, to the tranquil and private backyard pool, this home is just the place for your beach vacation. Relax in the comfortable interior of the living room after a full day of sun-filled adventure on the beach. Prepare meals together in the well-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, a prep island, and a wine cooler. Dine together at the table fit for eight. On lazy afternoons, lie out on a chaise lounge in the backyard and take a dip in the pool. Grill a meal on the gas grill and dine in the sunshine. This home is newly decorated with Larry Rackey paintings that you can find at the on-site restaurant. Enjoy a movie night in the living room with a surround sound system and 85-inch 4K TV.

Upstairs, you'll find two full bedrooms and two bunk beds as additional sleeping space. Downstairs, enjoy the spacious primary bedroom suite which has a view of the pool and an en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with a dual shower head. Above the garage is a fourth-bedroom apartment with a king bed and private bathroom. All bedrooms are outfitted with 55-inch 4K TVs.

Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

THINGS TO KNOW

• There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
• Guests must use their own accounts to access TV streaming.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
