The pool has plenty of lounge chairs, tables, an umbrella, and a bin full of toys and floaties! The pool house has a screened porch, bar, fridge, bathroom, and outdoor shower to enjoy. The large side deck connecting to the pool includes two outdoor dining tables, a grill, and a gazebo for enjoying your time outdoors with your group.

Inside, you'll find a welcoming and wonderfully updated interior with lots of natural light. The vast sectional is perfect for hosting a movie night or a Netflix marathon on the smart TV. The open floor plan is excellent for conversing and having fun with your group. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals or on-the-go snacks in the custom-built full kitchen, complete with granite, stainless steel appliances, a Cuisinart Coffee Plus 12-Cup Coffeemaker, a Keurig coffee maker, a margarita machine, a toaster, sound dock, new pots, pans, and kitchen utensils, and windows to watch into the game room or pool. Everyone will love challenging each other in the game room, which boasts a granite, custom-built two-level bar, dartboard, foosball table, XL Connect Four, and a 180-degree view of the pool and backyard. High-speed fiber optic internet adds convenience during your stay.

The kids will love bunking down together in the room with bunk beds. Each bedroom has a smart TV, and the main bedroom has a new mattress and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. For fun outings, feel free to use the bikes in the garage and the children's scooters, complete with helmets! A booster seat, pack-n-play, high chair, and toys and books are also provided for younger guests.
