THINGS TO KNOW:
- BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: From 10/2025- 4/7/2026, this building will be undergoing extensive exterior restoration. You will experience loud construction noise, and heavy equipment and workers will be present. Balconies will be inaccessible from 11/13 to 12/11.
The pool will be closed from Dec - Jan, and beach access will be closed Jan 5th - 30th.
