There’s plenty of outdoor space between these two units between the amazing views from the upper unit balcony overlooking Newport Bay, and the lower unit with an amazing courtyard that allows you to enjoy dining al fresco under café lighting and enjoying time with family and friends. Renting the whole home gets you both the unique second level three-bedroom unit with spectacular views of the beach and boats in the harbor from the balcony, living room, gourmet kitchen or dining area. As well as the amazing lower unit that has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private courtyard complete with evening café lighting and a running fountain that allows you to enjoy the sounds of the water even when you are away from the beach. 

During the Summer you can view fireworks from the courtyard and balcony or invite your family and friends on the bay to watch the Fourth of July Boat Parade. In December, the spectacular Newport Harbor Christmas Boat Parade turns directly in front of this home. What an amazing spot.

The upper unit has three bedrooms. The king bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and vanity sink. The two queen bedrooms share a bath with a shower and vanity sink. The lower unit has two Queen bedrooms and a comfortable fold out full-size couch. The two queen bedrooms each have their own bath, shower and vanity sink. All spacious and very comfortable, and all beds and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times. You can relax and recharge in this comfortable location between your various adventures. Living areas in both units have a spacious living room area and a comfortable seating cluster for you to enjoy. Sliders in the upper unit lead to the outside balcony allowing you to enjoy inside/outside living. Here you can dine al fresco during your stay while you enjoy the lights as they sparkle from the bay. Or take some time away from everything while you and your family/friends dine under the café lighting in the private lower unit courtyard.

The barbecue grill in each unit makes meal making easy when it needs to be. There is an inside dining table in each unit that seats six to eight next to a beautiful modern kitchen with four high-top stools at the end of a wraparound kitchen counter. It is easy to satisfy your culinary desires in either unit with two kitchens and all the appliances and amenities you need to create meals and snacks for everyone.
