THINGS TO KNOW
- Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
- A double sofa bed and twin bed in the loft offer extra sleeping spaces.
- Please note, parts of St. Charles Bay Reserve are currently under construction.
**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
