THINGS TO KNOW

• Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
• A double sofa bed and twin bed in the loft offer extra sleeping spaces.
• Please note, parts of St. Charles Bay Reserve are currently under construction.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: Please note that the home has four exterior security cameras, set at each angle of the property.
