One of the best vantage points for watching passing watercraft is the private pool in the beautiful professionally landscaped backyard. Underneath the adjacent tropical gazebo, you'll find the Blackstone griddle and outdoor dining table ideal for hosting an intimate cookout or sipping a frozen cocktail while listening to the pool spa's cascading fountain. If you need a little shade without sacrificing the sunshine, hang out in the lounge area on the screened porch for the best of both worlds.

The home's interior features abundant natural light in an airy space tastefully decorated in a coastal theme appropriate for being so close to the local beaches.

• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: Please note that there are active security cameras at the front door.
• 3 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD40 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
